1. Delivery
All orders should be received within 02-05 days. Don't worry if your order has not arrived within this time as items are usually sent separately. Please allow 14 days for delivery, we will try to deliver all goods from stock but cannot guarantee they are always available, electronic constitution does not constitute an offer of sale. We can deliver anywhere in the UK. We are able to offer a delivery service outside of the UK but this will be charged at a premium rate. If we cannot deliver within 14 days, we will contact you by email with a revised delivery date.

2. Express Service
We can offer a fast turnaround on most products; this will incur a small surcharge depending on which delivery service is required. All standard deliveries are next working day between 9am and 5 pm. Please call us on 01495 371128 to advise of a special request.

3. Prices and Tax
The price shown excludes shipping cost unless specifically stated. The price of shipping is shown on the checkout page. The price you pay will be inclusive of VAT; we are unable to deduct VAT for deliveries outside of the UK.

4. Credit Card Charging
We start the order process as soon as we receive your order, therefore your credit card will be charged within one working day of you confirming your order.

5. Guarantee
We will replace free of charge any goods that are defective of material or workmanship.

6. Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from those shown on the web page.

7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Crazy18 limited against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses including legal fees that should arise from your use of this site.

8. Jurisdiction
The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties to this contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
